RESTRICTIONS FOR BOOKING A PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICE
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- History of Keloid scars or Hypertrophic scarring
- Accutane
- Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area
- Diabetic ( consult your doctor )
- Chemotherapy ( consult your doctor )
- Viral infections and or diseases
- Epilepsy
- Under 18 years old
- Botox within 4 weeks or your appointment
- Chemical peel within 2 weeks of your appointment
- Filler within 6 weeks of your appointment
STUDIO POLICIES
- Booking any PMU service you will be required to give a $100.00 non refundable deposit. This will go towards the total cost of your service.
- This deposit covers the appointment booked. If you need to reschedule this deposit will only cover a one time appointment change. If you no show your appointment that deposit will be fortified.
- If you reschedule your appointment for a second time, a new deposit will be required before the appointment will be approved.
- If you are 15 mins late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule for another date
- If you cancel with less then 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the service canceled before you can rebook.
- 24 hours notice is required if you need to change or reschedule your appointment
- If you have had any pervious PMU services done by another artist please send a photo of your current brows to kincosmetics2@gmail.com to be approved before booking
- NO kids allowed in appointment
- Aftercare information and aftercare products are given after your appointment. It is your responsibility to follow those instructions
